Nnenna Ilomechina, Chief Executive Officer
Nnenna brings a wealth of global leadership, strategy and domain experience, having spent the last 28+ years transforming businesses in B2B technology and services Industry, From Sapient (now Publicis Sapient), to AlixPartners and Accenture, Nnenna has led complex global transformations for multinationals involving digital, technology and creative solutions. Most recently, Nnenna served as Dentsu International’s Global Chief Operating Officer, building a strong collaborative global operations team able to respond to changing customer and market conditions.
Nnenna brings to Crownpeak her passionate leadership style focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and action, as well as her experience driving successful outcomes for customers. Nnenna has received several awards and recognition for her professional excellence and leadership. She was a Senior Professional Services Finalist at the 2020 Black British Business Awards and was also named as one of the 50 Board Ready Women to Watch in 2019.
In her spare time, Nnenna enjoys exploring cultures through food, music, reading, and travel. Nnenna relishes quality time with her large family as well as keeping fit through mindfulness, tennis and physical training. She loves the city, resides in central London, and is both a UK citizen and a US Permanent resident.

Matt joins Crownpeak with over 25 years of UK and International experience in private equity and public companies. Most recently at Onclusive, Matt spent 3 years driving rapid customer-centric growth and business transformation. Prior to that, Matt was Group Finance Director at Advanced, one of the largest UK private equity owned SaaS businesses. In 2019, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer for Unisys EMEA, and also has held senior roles at Oracle, Fujitsu and Liberata.
Matt resides in London and in his spare time he enjoys combining his love for gardening with beekeeping plus supporting local charities.

Mark Greenaway, Chief Revenue Officer
Mark joins Crownpeak as the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for global market expansion and executional excellence in sales. Mark brings over 25 year’s experience leading high growth software organisations including 16 years with Adobe leading UKI, Northern Europe and EMEA businesses through huge growth and market transformations. Mark has been a key member of successful global leadership teams with a heightened focus on building exceptional customer relationships. Mark holds a BSc and has committed his career to enabling organisations to deliver data driven insights and create digital experiences that scale.

Beth heads our global marketing initiatives bringing over 18 years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and marketing operations to our team. Her expertise includes developing cross-channel demand generation strategies, delivering new logo acquisition fueled by strategic partner ecosystems, building innovative and nimble, high-performing teams, and bringing alignment through the marketing funnel. Beth has a successful track record driving rapid growth across several Gartner Magic Quadrant leading organizations and PE backed companies.
Beth lives in Southern New Hampshire, she has been married for 15 years and has 2 beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, running and camping.

Jodi Reynoso, Chief Human Resource Officer
Jodi brings over 20 years of experience in People Operations, Organizational Culture & Engagement, and Talent Acquisition and Management. She brings a range of industry experience, including 10 years in software as well as financial services, transportation, and manufacturing. She has most recently held the roles of Chief People Officer at CognitOps and VP, Global HR and Facilities at Mitratech.
Jodi resides in Cedar Park, Texas with her husband and three daughters. When they aren't taking advantage of relaxing time at home doing home renovations, the whole family enjoys spending time in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
